I had a 12 inch 867 before, and I could have cooked eggs on that baby! :eek:
I got a new 12" PB, and its stays very cool, unless your running some intense programs, like 3D games (i.e. Unreal Tournament 2004).

I'm a lover of WordPress. If it can't do something out of the box, there's likely one of it's many thousands of plugins which can help. And as you say, it's so much easier for clients to get to grips with than many other CMSs.
Let us know which route you choose and how it turns out :)

on the '11 models... would bootcamp be good on a 13'' (either model)? and how much of a difference would there be in a 15'' (low end)?

We are in a time of transition. Soon, there will be dozens of USB/DVI KVMs which work perfectly. At this time, though, KVMs are mostly VGA/PS2.
You can get adapters which convert PS2 to USB and the other way quite cheaply. I've used an old Master Console for years this way. I must note, however, that I wasn't able to get the Apple keyboard to talk to the Master Console with a USB-to-PS2 adapter. Newer models may work better.
The best bet might be to use one of the little $90 jobs temporarily, and plan to get a new KVM in a year or two when better models are available. If you can't get the Apple KB to work thru an adapter, make sure you get a PS2 keyboard that has the Windows key, as that will become your cloverleaf key. F12 is eject.

Lesson: Don't install preview/beta OS over your original OS when you are relying on that machine.
+1. I'm going to wait till Lion has been out for 2-3 months and all the 3rd party software I use is compatible with it :D

i agree with the 'part of living'. it's the last page of the play after all. my sister was working with doctors without borders, was <35, and should not have gone yet. she left a 3 month old, a widow, and a pissed off brother with lots of old computers.

So there's one program i need to run but its windows native.
It's literally only a data input program but its been coded with the kind of work I do in mind.
Anyway, after hearing how stable and easy to use/install windows is on a Mac with the assistants of boot camp I thought I'd give it a shot.
How wrong I could be... Or maybe its just me?
I partitioned using boot camp and went through the steps, inserted my XP disc and finished the installation off. On reboot it prompted to press any key to boot from disc, however none of the keys seemed to do work.
At some point i was hoping to be prompted to put the Mac disc in, but never was.... So my only option was to restart holding the option key. I managed to get into OSX once, but now the option key doesn't do anything and I just bet a black screen with a flashing cursor.
Any ideas???
EDIT: I've managed to get back into OSX (My keyboard was paired to my iphone.... oops) So it's just a matter of getting Windows to actually boot now!

I knew someone would suggest that... LOL! In user accounts under my name the only thing I see is ituneshelper and some speech thing. But, would ituneshelper prevent my IMac from sleeping, I wonder?

I'm not sure. I have the same issue with my MacBook most of the time, it just won't fully sleep by itself, only the display sleeps. I have never been able to get to the root of it, although I think iTunesHelper may have had something to do with it. I got rid of it, since the only thing it does is open iTunes when an iDevice is connected.

Let's be honest here, given the LOOOONG history of video game movies, that is highly unlikely.

This is the main reason, in my opinion. Not everyone played as the default character, nor did everyone play the game the same. This isn't some linear game, with a specific lead character. This game has way too many options, both in character customization, and in character interaction, that the movie has no "definitive" story to base itself on.
So, taking those things out, you will be left with a hollow shell of a sci-fi/action movie, with some occasional nods to the game world. It's lined right up for mediocrity from the start.

Well you can join whenever. Starting later might be a good idea actually. I encourage the current testers to occasionally start over to find bugs but it seems like they're getting fed up with the start! Yea. thats cool that, give us a shout when your free :)

If you really want to see something wild, put some mosquito larvae in with it. Dragonfly nymphs are predators, and they'll take small invertebrates like other insect larvae (especially mosquito "wigglers"), or even small vertebrates like tadpoles. You might have to move the wigglers in front of the nymph, but if the nymph attacks, you're in for a shocker.
